Amy Singe is a legally qualified human resources executive with expertise in setting and executing HR strategy in large organisations in the water, hospitality and entertainment, FMCG, retail, transport, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
In her role as General Manager – People, Performance and Culture at Yarra Valley Water, Amy is responsible for execution of the People Strategy – ‘better for being here’ – including delivery of enterprise change, safety, talent, diversity and inclusion, culture and capability, and HR operations. She fosters a culture of engagement and holistic wellbeing to enable a high-performing workforce to deliver exceptional value and outcomes for our customers, community and natural environment.

Tania Hannath is the Divisional Manager of Enterprise Culture and Performance within the People Performance and Culture Group at Yarra Valley Water.
She has worked as a strategic partner to boards, CEOs, executives and HR professionals, helping to shape and implement cultural, leadership, learning and change initiatives that support and enable their strategic goals. Tania currently oversees the Learning and Growth and Culture, Engagement and Capability teams at Yarra Valley Water. Tania is a warm, results-orientated practitioner who is skilled at ensuring her work is practical, impactful, integrated and aligned with the strategic focus of the organisation.

Divisional Manager – People Partnering and Operations
Julie Mouka is the Divisional Manager of People Partnering and Operations within the People Performance and Culture Group at Yarra Valley Water.
She has over 20 years of HR experience and has worked across the entire employment life cycle. She currently oversees a team of HR business partners in Talent Acquisition, Diversity Equity and Inclusion as well as HR Shared Services. Julie has always been passionate about people and giving them the tools to be the best version of themselves.
When she’s not working, Julie enjoys reading, getting out in the garden, staying active and spending time with her family.
