The Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) supports the Canadian Armed Forces members and their families wherever they are in the world through the provision of fitness, recreation and leisure activities, family support, retail, as well as personal financial services. Part of our strategic objective is to transform CFMWS into a digitized organization and foster exceptional member and employee experience. To do this,
we have focused on digitization of critical Human Resource programs through the implementation of a Talent Management Suite (TMS), a digital platform that supports both development and connection from a business and employee perspective. Our TMS is known as MYTALENT, a fully bilingual, one-stop platform to access HR programs that are employee focused and easy to navigate.
With the launch of MYTALENT, we have seen positive benefits for our employees during a significant period of adaptation as we navigated through the pandemic and shifted to a hybrid workforce model across the organization. Through digitization, we were able to redefine, improve, and make these programs more accessible to our workforce, in turn fostering employee connection to both each other, and their work.
