Dorena Quinn is Senior Vice President, People at IAMGOLD Corporation. She presently oversees the architecture, implementation, and oversight of global talent employee programs driving performance, engagement, inclusion & belonging, and setting a foundation for a truly differentiated workplace culture that has become a competitive advantage for the Company. Dorena currently serves as Director of EURO Ressources S.A., is Chair of the Mining Industry Human Resource Council (MiHR) anti-harassment committee Safe Workplaces for All and an avid member of various industry groups. Dorena is an advocate for a variety of causes close to her heart, particularly women’s leadership and mentorship.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, a graduate certificate in Geostatistics, ICD.D designation and she is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
