Sarah’s faces every opportunity with a sense of joy and wonder. She is curious and seeks to understand. She is humble and recognizes the abundance in life. She leads by example and we have had many, many comments about her leadership and professionalism from those that work closely with Sarah in Talent Acquisition and Retention. At times, those discussions can be difficult and challenging as Sarah steers the leadership team forward using contemporary practices, sometimes in a direction that is much different than the one that they would prefer. However, regardless of the difficulty, Sarah has proven that her ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, with calmness and clarity, and with strength and determination builds a consistent and predictable process that is fully supported and embraced by the organization.
Sarah leads with a steady hand and a confidence beyond her years. Sarah builds such a foundation of respect from all that she works with, and because of that, her followership grows by the day.
Sarah Patterson, epitomizes the definition of a Rising Star. Sarah has that special something that emerging leaders
