Warren Spitz is founder and CEO of the Spitz Group
of Companies, which includes Upper Canada Forest Products in Canada and Sierra Forest Products in the US. Warren is currently Chair of the Faculty Advisory Board
at the UBC Sauder School of Business. He serves as Board Chair of the TD Toronto Jazz Festival and on the Board of NOW Health Group. Warren is a member of the Chief Executives Organization (CEO), Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Entrepreneur’s Circle of the Canadian American Business Council (CABC). With his family, Warren created the Spitz Fellows Program for Indigenous Women at UBC Sauder.

Nancee Gelineau is a Certified Human Resources Executive and Executive Coach, holding significant
and progressive positions throughout her career. She
currently serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer
for Upper Canada Forest Products. Nancee has held significant HR leadership roles with IKEA Canada, Tyco Security Products, and Johnson Controls. Nancee's true passion is enabling people to flourish and exceed their desired goals while partnering with business leaders to influence financial performance. Nancee holds CHRP, CHRL and CHRE designations and is a Member of the International Coach Federation.
