As President and CEO, Faisal Kazi leads the overall strategic management, direction, and leadership of Siemens Canada. Additionally, he is responsible for the leadership of the smart infrastructure business and serves as a board member of multiple Siemens affiliates in Canada. He is a board member of the Business Council of Canada, the Toronto Region Board of Trade, and the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
A passionate champion of Siemens Canada’s CSR programs, Faisal takes pride in giving back to the community. He lives in Oakville, Ontario, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

As the Head of People & Organization for Siemens Canada, Rose Rakovalis leads the strategic leadership and direction for the HR function by developing and implementing strategic plans, programs, and policies in support of the strategic direction of the company. Rose has more than 30 years of experience in progressive HR roles within large global organizations, including the last 20 years with Siemens. She is an avid champion for Siemens people, culture, and core values. Rose lives in Mississauga with her husband and two children and enjoys reading, hiking, and travelling.
