Most recently he was with Louis Vuitton as Senior Vice President of US Retail, where he successfully led the LV US retail teams through unprecedented growth over that past five years. While at LV, Thomas was the executive sponsor of LVMH’s diversity, equity, and inclusion committee. A true people leader, Thomas is known for his passion and commitment to developing teams, challenging the status quo along with his ability to drive results. A believer in well-being and mindfulness, Thomas enjoys travelling and staying active outdoors.

Magda Szwedowicz is an accomplished HR professional with a proven track record of driving organizational success through strategic talent management and human resources initiatives. Magda holds a bachelor of management and organizational studies from Western University, has her CHRL designation, and is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles with Bell Canada and Williams-Sonoma Inc., she has consistently demonstrated the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Magda currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources for Sephora Canada and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategy, overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention.
