Jeff Walker’s career originated in management consulting, with particular focus on communications, market research, and data science. From there, he moved to become Chief Strategy Officer at CAA’s national office, and five years ago took on the role of President and CEO at CAA North & East Ontario. Jeff is a gifted businessman, leading CAA North & East Ontario to become one of the fastest-growing Automobile Associations in the world over the past five years. He has accomplished this by not only being a visionary business leader but also a gifted people manager. Jeff makes it his mission to be available and connected to staff throughout the business and the global automobile club family. He fuels his own innovative approach to doing business better by actively communicating, sharing best practices, and soliciting feedback and input to do it better. Under his leadership, 99 percent of staff said they were proud to work at CAA, and 89 percent of staff rated CAANEO as having a positive workplace culture. Chris is passionate about investing and employs a broad range of asset classes and sophisticated strategies, including alternatives. He acts as a personal CFO for his clients, helping grow their wealth and protect their legacy through tailored portfolio management. His expertise includes retirement and estate planning, risk management, insurance planning, and tax-advantaged investments. He is also an authority on situational tax planning strategies such as 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and qualified opportunity zones. A philanthropist, Chris founded the LIFT Foundation in 2013 and serves as its Executive Director. The non-profit supports families and children in high-risk situations and was recognized by Invest-In-Others as a Grant for Change recipient in 2022.
