Connetics delivers energy solutions to power a cleaner and brighter future across Aotearoa.
With depots in Cromwell, Christchurch and Wellington, Connetics is passionate about designing, building and maintaining electrical infrastructure across Aotearoa. The company currently employs 457 people and has impressive workforce growth targets out to 2030.
Aotearoa’s ambitious decarbonisation goals mean that demand for electricity is growing, creating a need for change in an industry that’s used to doing things the same way.
Over the past 12 months, Connetics’ People and Culture Group have risen to the challenge. With a commitment to doing things differently, they have developed and implemented a number of bold and innovative solutions to secure and grow their workforce. By bringing stability to the business by reducing turnover and creating and successfully implementing strategies to grow the workforce, they have produced impressive results.
Executive and senior leaders credit the team’s approach with ensuring Connetics’ long-term viability and helping to achieve its 2030 strategy.
“The group's efforts have had a profound effect on Connetics. Thanks to them, we’ve weathered the storm of talent shortages and emerged stronger, more resilient and better positioned for future growth”
– John Thompson, Chief Executive Officer
